Appeal Process and Deadlines
If you think you have information that would indicate your assessment is incorrect please submit comparable properties to your own property for review.We will be glad to look at any evidence that you have, but be aware that the best evidence would be properties that are the most comparable to your own property.You may drop your information off at our office at Big Timber & Powers Roads during regular business hours or if after hours there is a mail box near the front door of the office (trailer building).
Please include your name and phone number and we will call you with our determination.
The sales from the prior three years are used to help determine the assessments for the current year. Also reviewed is the building price per square foot of living area.
If you have a recent appraisal you may drop off a copy of the full appraisal at our office for our review.
